Kissimmee Utility’s New Online Customer Portal Tracks Energy Use and Bills

Kissimmee Utility Authority has launched a new mobile-friendly account management portal where customers can more easily access their accounts.

the my.kua.com portal puts some of the most common functions associated with customer accounts in one place at your fingertips, such as viewing and paying bills and reviewing past usage to set up high usage alert notifications for help them stick to their budget. Customers can also report outages, view an outage map, and start, stop, and transfer electrical service from the portal. Everything is accessible 24 hours a day.

With end-to-end encryption along with user authentication and timeouts to ensure only authorized users gain access, the portal keeps customer security and privacy at the forefront, which means customer and utility information stays protected and secure.

Detailed usage breakdowns can be broken down into 15-minute increments, and weather data shows the impact of changes on usage. Historical markers, such as the impact of insulation or new appliances on usage. All in the name of better managing utility costs.
